To raise awareness of the importance of good customer care skills and encourage self-development by examination of own customer care practices.

All staff should ensure the needs and expectations of the customer are met. We has in place systems to monitor customer satisfaction levels.

This training for staff is to ensure these high standards can be consistently achieved. These workshops also cover team building and service improvement.
