LeAD is a free and engaging e-learning resource to help clinicians develop understanding of their role in contributing to the management and leadership of health care services. It was been created by the Academy of Medical Royal Colleges and NHSIII in partnership with e-Learning for Healthcare. Additional sessions have also been created through the support of the NLC to enable LeAD to be applicable to all clinical professions. LeAD supports the competences expected of clinicians as described in the Clinical and Medical Competency Frameworks (CLCF and MLCF).
LeAD provides over 50 interactive e-learning sessions which reflect the five leadership domains outlined in the frameworks.
